Maintenance Access Scaffolding Company Ltd (MAC Scaffold) is a scaffolding company that operates in the London & South-East region including Essex, Kent & Surrey, and has done for over 15 years now. We are building great relationships with our existing customers, alongside broadening our base with new clients regularly.
Maintenance Access makes a firm commitment to health and safety, which is reflected in the company’s policies and procedures. All of our operatives are either CSCS or CISRS trained to the highest standards to each operative’s level. All operatives are trained in the wearing of safety harnesses, trained to work in strict accordance with the current legislation and in compliance to the NASC guidance.
Regular training and meetings conducted throughout the company ensures the competency of its employees is kept at its highest possible level whilst ensuring the wellbeing of our employees, contractors and external partners, creating a culture of safety and health within our organisation.
It is a legal requirement for companies to ensure the health and safety of their employees and anyone else affected by their operations, therefore by engaging the services of an external advisor, we as a company ensure that we as a minimum meet our legal obligation and that its employees are safe from harm.
Wellbeing has become such a huge part of everyone’s life. With more and more people being aware, the Director felt it important to show his support with the issues that affect so many people, which could include our staff, their families and friends. We have introduced a wellbeing programme, by committing to sending out information on various topics that people may be struggling with. By promoting wellbeing within the company, we believe this may help prevent stress and create a positive working environments where individuals can thrive.
Our main objectives are simple, we provide exceptional scaffolding solutions and services to our clients and we continue to strive towards achieving and maintaining the highest possible standards of safety and quality, whilst supplying an on time, cost effective service.
