I had one length 16" hair. I explained to the Stylist to remove the dead ends by an inch and not to do anything else with my hair. The hair has ben cut inconsistently from all angels and it looks like a five year old has taken a pair of scissors and carried out unsighty and shocking work. My colleagues are appauled as I can no longer tie it up or leave it down. I have had 12 inches of hair removed and what remains is a tail where you can see 12 inches of hair have been removed from. Please general public be aware as they are costly and do not give the best of customer service. Poor listenners. This is now a court job as they don't accept liability for their unskilled workers.
