Company description
My career in property started back in 2003 when a started working for one of the UK’s largest house builders Barratt Homes. I started off as any sales negotiator does, selling the new build stock out of a sales office on site.
After a few years I moved on to managing their in-house estate agency, Barratt Oakleaf. Selling all the second-hand stock they had either bought in part exchange or had offered the agency selling service to.
I believe it was the experience of selling new build properties that has led to me being very customer focused and offering the best service possible compared to other estate agents.
“You can’t exactly avoid your customers when you’re still sitting in a sales office for 3-5 years after selling them a house”.
WHAT I DO:
I help and advise property owners to market their properties to sell, helping them achieve the best possible price in the fastest possible time frame, while helping to make the process as stress free as possible.
By getting to know what really matters the most to you and your individual situation, and by being able to support you at all points along the way.
HOW I DO IT:
It’s simple really, rather than dealing with multiple people in the office every time you call to ask a question or to get help with an issue that you may have, you deal directly with me from start to finish.
I become your personal account manager. You’ll get access to my personal number so that you can reach me at a time that suits you. I don’t close the office doors at 5pm, as this is not always convenient for you. You can reach me 7 days a week, I’m always here to help.
WHO I WORK WITH:
I have experience working with homeowners who for many reasons have decided that it’s time to move on to the next stage of their lives and want to maximise the sale price of their property, so that they can move on and purchase the next house of their dreams.
Also, I work with investors who have decided to sell their investment properties to release the equity they have built up over the years, to either reinvest or to simply put the money in the bank and enjoy life a little.
I’m not like your traditional high street estate agent, I understand that you lead busy lives and that working to the normal 9 to 5 hours doesn’t always suit you the customer.
Take viewings for example, it’s not always possible for either you or the potential buyer to do a viewing in normal working hours. Most estate agents won’t conduct viewings after 5pm, leaving you to do the viewing on your own.
This is bad for 2 main reasons:
1 - It can feel very awkward for you showing a complete stranger around your property and will you know what questions to ask them to gauge their level of interest.
As the agent, it's really important to be able to see the potential buyers reaction to the property, ask the right questions and create a sense of urgency about submitting an offer.
2 - This is really import, your safety. It's always better to have a third party there with you on the viewing to ensure the safety of everyone attending the viewing.
Because we don't work to the normal 9 to 5, we're always there when you need us, even on evenings and weekends. You'll receive a more tailored and personal service than you'll get from the big high street branches.
Give us a call today, to get your property valuation booked in and leave the selling to us.
Also, I work with investors who have decided to sell their investment properties to release the equity they have built up over the years, to either reinvest or to simply put the money in the bank and enjoy life a little.
