Beautiful place in a beautiful setting but I found the owner, Greg, really unresponsive and generally unhelpful.
My fiancee and I had the venue booked for our wedding and having booked it, we contacted Greg several times over the course of the next few months to try and get some information that our various suppliers needed to know in order to give us advice and quotes. Greg never returned our phone calls unless you told him 'it's REALLY urgent' and only replied to our emails after about two or three weeks and only after we'd emailed again to check he'd got our first email.
As it transpired we had to cancel the venue because we are now expecting a baby and we've put the date back so we can have a winter wedding. This was over six months in advance of the date we had booked and it's in the terms and conditions that we will not get any of our deposit back which is fair enough but I found Greg to be really inflexible especially given the amount of time that he will have to re-book the venue.
In summary: definitely book this place if you want a nice quiet holiday in a beautiful part of the world and can handle unresponsive business owners but I would suggest you don't even consider it as a wedding venue.
