I had a very poor experience of MASTA at the Grovelands Medical centre. They had the rabies vaccination (which was in short supply elsewhere) so I drove 2 hours to the clinic in order to get this done. I was 10 mins late so called the clinic, explained and was told it was no problem. On arrival, the receptionist said that the nurse had decided to go home after all and was extremely unapologetic. I have rebooked for the clinic in Oxford Circus.
