Matthew offers full or half body massages as well as deep tissue massages, all treatments to relieve tension and stress, reduce muscular pain and thoroughly relax the body!
Based in the heart of Bude, Matthew Stephenson is an ITEC qualified masseur. Graduating with a degree in sports science and working within the sports industry for over 5 years has gained him the experience of the human body and the stresses it faces everyday through life and sport.
The full body massage is like an MOT for the body, working the whole body, finding tension areas and releasing as much tension as possible!
The deep tissue massage is for the persistent tight areas where a normal massage just will not remove the knots and tension, the deep tissue massage uses different techniques to effectively manipulate the muscles to get to the cause of the tensions.
Matthew is a full member and full insured by the Complementary Therapies Association (CThA).
