What I have especially appreciated is that the routine of my program can be complemented with the diversity of regular circuit training. The variety and structure of the circuits allows each individual to work at their own pace and this works very well. Further, with professional gym staff have always been on hand to enthusiastically motivate the group and this is also testimony to a successful program.
