Oliver Carpets

One of the worst shopping experiences we have had. "I do not normally give negative reviews but we were treated so badly by Oliver carpets I feel as though people should know. I will cut a long story short but from the very beginning we were sold carpets by a cowboy and the fitters were even worse! We were constantly lied to, we were sold a faulty carpet and they done their best to get out of replacing and kept saying its fine even though it was only a few months old and the whole carpets were as baggy as walking on sand. Even their fitters said it was faulty but they still tried to get out of replacing. In the end we kept persisting and they agreed to a replacement. Eventually got a full refit but the laying by the fitters after is quite frankly awful, they cut the lino in the kitchen around the appliances feet in a crude manner so you can plainly see the floor underneath! They completely rushed the job like they could not wait to get out and we had to always chase them when they were supposed to be getting back to us. I paid £2,500 for this privilege. Alarmingly I have more to say but as I said trying to cut a long story short :-) they will lie to you, they will "blag" you once they have your money. Overall very stressful and will never use again.
