On the 1st of September 2012, I have made an online booking with Onward Travel Solutions Ltd. for a well respected friend of mine.
The original destionation was Terminal 5 at the aiport, at 12:50pm and the taxi was supposed to drive to WC1A 2LH.
After more than an hour later than what was specified, I recieved a call from the taxi company asking about my friend. Later, I learnt that my friend was looking for the cab driver but could not find anyone with a paper with his name.
I have called the company to ask me for a refund of the 52 pounds they charged to the credit card and they insistively said they will not give back.
My advice is that if you want to get a cab, we should promote those companys who are able to offer a proper service and responsible in what they promise to offer.
If for any reason this company was not able to offer the proper service, which is bound to happen, then their should be an apologize and refund of what has been paid.
We are paying the company because we recieve a service and in this case there was not any service offered, so this is clear. If the company is not able to provide the service, then they should not offer. As customers i do not see why one should accept such decietful work from another.
