Owen Shipp Chartered Surveyors were first established in Guildford in 1993 by Michael Owen and Graham Shipp; with the company's primary focus simply to provide excellent customer service and advice throughout any residential or commercial property transaction. In 2009 Owen Shipp Commercial was formed by Michael Owen to concentrate solely on what is now our core business - commercial property - with the continued aim of providing excellent advice to commercial clients.
Since it was established over 20 years ago Owen Shipp has expanded its client base and strengthened its market share in West Surrey & Hampshire. Owen Shipp Commercial continues to operate from its central Surrey base in Guildford; and offer Agency, Acquisition, Landlord & Tenant and Valuation services to include all of the surrounding market towns, villages and hamlets stretching from Petersfield in the South to Kingston in the North.
Our staff members have extensive knowledge and experience within the property industry and combined with our long established presence in the Surrey area are able to offer strong local market knowledge. This has helped Owen Shipp Commercial provide sound, professional property advice since its formation and in turn gives our clients the ability to manage their property interests effectively. Our aim is to provide our clients with an enthusiastic, effective and friendly service which allows them to make fully informed decisions in the purchase, disposal or enhancement of their property assets.
