We provide an entire cleaning process especially adapted for all elements of commercial kitchen cleaning, in an efficient and timely manner.
Our objective is to ensure that the clients’ operational areas are fully compliant with both legislative and insurance company requirements, as well as minimising the risk of fire and food contamination. (See our notes on TR19.)
We only employ experienced teams who are fully trained and certified as appropriate in all aspects of commercial kitchen cleaning. This ensures that we meet ours, and the clients’, objectives in the most efficient, economical and least disruptive way.
As we continue to invest in the most up to date cleaning methods, techniques and training we have also now joined forces with several local Food and Hygiene training companies. This will help catering establishments achieve a level 5 rating under the food and hygiene classifications as issued by the Food Standards Agency.
