Hi I’m Peter Gaffney and I’m the owner of PGPT, we offer personal training and group training focused on losing weight and increasing quality of life for our busy London clients.

Our purpose is to bring tailored programmes which are unique to each and every client. PGPT works with driven clients that want long lasting results.
PGPT has had the opportunity to work with amazing people that have literally changed their lives in ways they never thought possible because they took charge of their health & fitness. Last year, David, Phillip and Sara lost a total of 15 stones between them.
