Clearing homes can be a very difficult, labour intensive, stressful and time consuming. We will therefore endeavour to make this necessity as hassle-free for you as possible.
House clearances can be either partial or total of all types of properties including flats, bungalows and cottages, across West Wales. Clearances can also be accompanied by cleaning and repair services including tidying up of outside areas and any paint work that needs doing, so you can get on with either selling, renting or refurbishing your property.
We can also carefully remove bathroom suites, fitted kitchens, utility rooms, fitted or built in wardrobes and fitted office areas. These will be taken out very carefully to minimise the damage to walls and floors which can save you time and money if you need to use other tradesmen.
When clearing properties, we will always endeavour to set aside items that we think may have monetary or sentimental value to you or your family, such as photographs, important legal paper work or jewellery.

90% of all items removed will be recycled or passed to local charities for resale, which minimises the amount that goes to landfill. We will remove everything requested such as carpets, cookers, washing machines and other white goods, fixtures and fittings, all clutter and unwanted furniture.
