Hi! my name is Natalia Rutter. I did my hair removal in Prima Britannia clinic in Hammersmith and had worse experians in my life. The manager of the clinic (she speak russian, 45-50 years old) was damage my skin so badly, that even my beauty spot was gone from my arms. She decided that my skin is too dark and make laser treatment on very high temperature. Its pass over 4 years, but my skin still damage. When i called to her after 3d tretment and told her about my problem, she start shouting to me, was telling me that i am stupid, then her husband called to me and he said, that he will take legal action at me if i will continue ask my money for another 3 session, which i will never done in this clinic. I paid for 6 session straight away, but did just 3. He was very rude to me also, i recorded his call, so still have it in my phone. I think this people do not care about patients, all they need just to get our money and they do unprofessional job. Very unprofessional.
