The customer service of this company is just great. I managed to book a last minute service. I was also at work so I could not supervise the cleaners. They made sure to send me before and after photos, however, and by the time I got home I was sure they did an amazing job. Everything was so clean, I barely recognized my house. No more rubbish after the builders, no dust, my floors were flawless, not to mention the whole kitchen. Truly impressive work, I will recommend it to all my friends.

I had some bald patches on my lawn. I have tried to fix them so many times but I just can’t make it work. I called this company and asked if they could help me with it. It has been two months that they have been working in my garden and no trace of the bald patches. They also fix my flowerbeds and collect branches and leaves. The service man was very polite and professional. He explained everything about the process and did the job very quickly and efficiently. All my upholstered furniture is not cleaned and still drying. I cannot wait to sit on my couch. It looks so bright and smells so fresh. The guy could not remove an old stain from it but managed to make it less visible. I am very happy with the service I received, I would book it again.

The cleaner was very friendly and nice. My couch looks new and even though the drying took longer than expected, I am very pleased by the results.

It was time for me to move out so I started packing and organizing everything. I have only moved once before and was now overwhelmed with the process. I spoke to my landlord and he refused to give me my deposit back unless I leave the apartment clean. I was so busy moving, there was no way I could have cleaned the whole place by myself. I heard about the end of tenancy cleaning service and I decided to give it a shot. All members of the staff were extremely nice and polite. The cleaners came over and they stayed for around 5 or 6 hours. When they left the whole apartment was flawless. The inside of my kitchen appliances, my bathroom, my living room and in general everything I would have thought of and even more. My landlord was more than happy and I received my deposit shortly after. I would recommend this service to anyone who is moving out!
