The RARP-ID Platform and Step accessory is designed to be either a straight swap or an added addition to the existing stepper or height adjusters. It increases the number of exercises when compared to using a resistance band on its own. The accessory also keeps a constant tension on the band for maximum effect. The recesses within each accessory give the user an option to increase and decrease the resistance of the band, and the accessory provides a number of positions for a comfortable exercise.
