Ratcliffes Solicitors was set up in 1999 by Richard Ratcliffe. The idea was to give local people and local businesses in Sittingbourne, Kent, a high-quality legal service at competitive rates. Richard and his team have developed a law firm that treats clients differently. Divorce, conveyancing, sorting out wills, advising you on disputes with companies or even neighbours — we take on a wide range of cases and have helped hundreds of local people to complete complex transactions on time or get their lives back on track after personal upheaval.
We help local businesses as well, advising on startups, takeovers and commercial conveyancing — and we know the importance of competitive fees: we’re in business too.
