Re...root is a talking therapy organisation based in Richmond, London that connects people with the best psychological therapists to help adults, young people, couples and families feel better and live better to lead more satisfying lives. We aim to make psychological therapy easy and natural for people to access in a welcoming and confidential environment. We’re accessible to people based in Twickenham, Kew, Chiswick, Kingston, and Teddington, as well as Richmond.
We provide couple’s counselling and marriage therapy, family therapy, therapy for teenagers and child counselling, and therapy for individuals. This includes Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, Person-centred therapy, Humanistic therapy, Couple’s EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT).
