Reflexology At The Cocoon offers clinical reflexology, at the highest level awarded in the U.K., in a boutique cocoon hidden away in the Warwickshire town of Kenilworth. I’ve worked with clients young and old, male and female, and the issues that have brought them to me include mental health/mental wellbeing concerns such as anxiety, depression and stress, as well as OCD, grief and insomnia; thyroid issues; digestive issues including constipation; musculoskeletal aches, pains and injuries; fertility; arthritis; kidney stones; uterine fibroids; hormone imbalance; PMT; polycystic ovarian syndrome and ovarian cysts - to name a few! My clients want to help themselves. And they want to be treated as a whole person rather than a symptom or body part. The holistic approach, looking at a person as a whole and taking their whole life into consideration, is at the heart of the nurturing, informed and personalised treatment I offer. We are whole.
