Zero rating; They have a most bizarre business approach.Said they would come out when I rang them, as the new house owner, for them to repair the intercom buzzer on the gates they had originally electrified; then at the last minute they refused to do so because they said previous house owner had an outstanding invoice with them; which apparently related to a dispute over an after sales service which should have been covered by installation warranty. I even offered to pay them at the time of the repair! I certainly won't be asking them to install the other pair of gates that we need.
