Company description
Carpentry has run in the Burgess family for 3 generations, with Samuel being the youngest member of a proud family of carpenters in Bristol. After deciding from a very early age to follow in his father and grandpas footsteps, Samuel began an apprenticeship at age sixteen. During his apprenticeship he went to The City of Bristol College in order to gain the appropriate qualifications. After the two year course ended Samuel decided to continue his education for an additional year and got NVQ level 3 and an advanced apprenticeship. He decided to stay with his then employer for a further two years in order to get useful experience in industrial and domestic carpentry before beginning on his own in 2010, where business has continued to grow. Sam is one of the most widely known carpenters in Bristol with much of his work coming from word of mouth and referral business. He is also a proud and long term member of check a trade.
