An awful experience! Yes, the location and outdoors area looks magical, but inside is a disappointing farce, featuring two women, fast approaching 70, with broad Newry accents, who apptempt to 'entertain' the crowd of impatient parents and children as they wait to be called in to see Santa. Disaster! My advice - hire professional actors with easy-on-the-ear voices who are younger and can relate to young children, get your technology sorted out, put on a movie for the kids, and please, PLEASE, give the kids a present which at least comes close to the 18 QUID you charged per child!
