AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Please see the CQC report published in December 2018 and this will give you more insight into the problems and extreme low standards of care being given at this care home. Our mother on more than one occasion was left without blankets, forgotten to be given fluids, medicine chart not completed, room filthy. We battled for months with very little improvement and this was why we noticed the things above as we used to go most evenings late and this is when things where chaotic. We had several apologise but it was never improved to a consistence expected level of care. There are numerous care homes which give a lot better care as we can see why this Home was close to shutting down and don't understand why it is still open.
