The main gym includes 85 stations of all the latest equipment, while we also boast a 32-station ladies-only gym that is just as well equipped as the main gym. Alongside these two gyms, we also offer a great variety of group exercise classes that are designed to suit everybodys needs and requirements. Furthermore, weve also got a versatile and spacious sports hall that plays host to a number of different activities, while we also boast two saunas to help you relax after your workout.
