Stem Crew is an innovative education charity which excites young people about science, tech and engineering through sailing.
Developed and delivered by innovative education charity the 1851 Trust as part of their programme of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) engagement.
They have designed and created a number of resources for you to share with your students covering topics such as design and technology, mathematics and science. Each resource includes videos and worksheets to provide an immersive learning experience that is fun and engaging for both you and your students. hey also include editable presentations, teacher notes and links to real-life footage
Used by more than 1,000 secondary schools throughout the UK, these resources are supported by detailed links to the national STEM curriculum and exam specifications.
As the official charity of INEOS TEAM UK, the 1851 Trust looks to support teachers with free, high-quality education programmes using the team’s cutting-edge innovation and aspirational role models, leaving pupils with a passion for these subjects and a desire to learn more.
