We undertake the whole range of repairs and restorations of string instruments from the everyday set-ups through to extensive restorations and complete re-builds.
The proprietor, Geoffrey Briggs, has a wide experience of making, repairing and restoring Violins, Cellos, Double Bass, Guitars, Mandolins and Banjos, in addition to many unusual ethnic string instruments.
We take great pride in our commitment to providing a friendly and professional service, whilst maintaining the highest quality of craftsmanship at all times. Whether your instrument needs fully restoring or just needs re-stringing, we will endeavor to bring out the best in the instrument and restore it to a sound and fully playable condition.
We also offer a full violin, cello and double bass bow re-hair service.
