Summerhall Distillery is home to Pickering's Gin and The Broody Hen Scotch Whisky situated in the heart of Edinburgh. We were the first exclusive Gin Distillery to be established in Edinburgh in over 150 years, now we are so much more. Our co-founders built our distillery from scratch where we produce our hand-crafted gin to this day. We now offer gin and whisky experiences, ranging from a distillery tour, gin & history, cheese & cocktail masterclass, speakeasy experience, and whisky tasting & tales. Our distillery is open 7 days a week, we're always happy to show visitors where we distil, fill, label, seal and ship every bottle of Pickering's Gin. Summerhall Distillery is rated as one of the top visitor attractions/activities in Edinburgh.
