Household:
Preparing light meals, Light cleaning duties, Ironing, Laundry, Shopping, Collecting pensions / prescriptions, assisting / reminding with medication, Escort to appointments - Befriending, Accessing the community, clubs and associations.
Personal Care: getting up out of bed, assistance with washing / bathing, help with dressing, help with toileting and putting to bed.
