If you get Andy Thompson as your Surepass driver then look elsewhere. Really awful service. Extremely rude and impatient, always late arriving and early returning (losing 15-20 minutes per 2 hour lesson, which he refused to make up). Constantly on iPad (Facebook) or phone (texting) whilst I was driving!! Would get angry and shout over every little mistake despite me being totally new to driving. Avoid at all costs!
