Synergy, founded by Daniella Saunders, provides high quality, professional, health coaching and therapies to help you achieve your optimum well being. Daniella is an experienced practitioner who has over 30 years healthcare experience and is an advocate of a holistic approach to health. Consultations are available in Truro or Plymouth, and coaching is also available via Skype or telephone throughout the UK.
Following her recovery from fibromyalgia, Daniella has a particular interest in providing support and recovery programmes for people suffering from chronic fatigue. She uses her professional and personal experience to help others regain their health as quickly and easily as possible. Daniella is a professional member of the Chrysalis Effect, MECFRA,and FHT.
Coaching programmes are available for any aspect of stress management which may be adversely affecting your well being. In addition, Synergy provides remedial massage for pain relief, a wide range of holistic therapies, plus health foods, natural remedies and well being products to support you on your journey to great health.
