After 5 months of attemping to fix tumble dryer and still not working correctly. On first visit from them resulted in them unpluging my freezer and defrosting £120 worth of frozen food. They denied doing so and said there engineer had taken the tumble dryer to pieces and inspected whilst pluged in!!! Conclution, engineer wrote it off. Dispite being fully covered on insurance 5 months on i still have original machine that does not work correctly. Biggest bunch of cowboys ive ever had the misfortune to deal with. Would not recommend to my wost enermy. Sort it out tk garnham!!
