Jeff assured me that he could mount my flat screen tv on the wall and chase the wires in for me. This was not the case. Firstly, he mounted the tv incorrectly so that it is now impossible to remove. He took 5 hours to hang he tv - yes, 5 hours! - after which I lost confidence and told him not to bother chasing the cabling in. At this point I hadn\'t realised what a poor job he\'d done. When I asked him to return to fix the problem he refused and would not refund any of my money. I should have suspected a problem when he sweated and shook throughout the five hours he was at the house - along with a lot of talking to himself. Whilst there, he told me he was trying not to declare any work he was doing as he was going through a bad divorce and didn\'t want to pay anything to his ex-wife. Needless to say he did not give me a receipt for the work! Jeff is a dishonest man and an amateur tradesman. He should be ashamed of his work and himself.
