Ten Health & Fitness is one of London’s leading boutique health and fitness providers with multiple studios across London. Twice voted ‘Best Pilates Studio’ by Tatler, Ten is the home of Dynamic Reformer Pilates. Our St. James's studio also helps clients meet their health and fitness goals with Physiotherapy, Sports Massage, and Personal Training, plus Barre, TRX and HiiT classes.
We have a range of classes to suit all levels of fitness and experience - and there are never more than 10 people in a session. We make it easy to train when you want, how you want. We’re open from early to late seven days a week, and we don’t charge membership or joining fees.
Our Trainers, Physiotherapists (we’re recognised by all the major private health insurance companies) and Sports Massage Therapists are among the most expert (and the most highly trained) you’ll find anywhere. They’re chosen as much for their attitude and approach as for their expertise.
We also have an approach to client wellbeing that’s significantly different to anything else you’ll find in the sector - we call it our Circle of Care. It takes in every stage of a client’s physical wellbeing – including exercise, prehab, injury management, treatment and rehab. In contrast to the rest of the industry, the Circle of Care enables our Trainers and Therapists to work side by side and share insights, so we can provide you with the most effective health and fitness strategy to meet your goals.
