The Balloon Bunch

Wouldn't recommend this company. They subbed out my order for my wedding to another company without telling me. The balloon cloud to go over the top table was not the same as the one I ordered. it should have been linked together with material to make it look like a cloud, instead I got 3 stand alone bunches. The bunches of 3 balloons to go on each table as the centre piece did not turn up at all which is simply disgusting. Thankfully none of my guests knew they were missing, just me, my husband and my parents so we had to try not to let it affect our enjoyment of my wedding day. Also, when I arrived at my wedding venue the balloon company they had subbed my order out to (unbeknown to me) had only just arrived so the wedding coordinator had to tell them they were going to have to wait until after my ceremony to set up the balloon 'cloud'. It was very hard trying to get hold of this company before my wedding day to pay the balance. Find a different company to use, there must be far better ones out there.

Ballons and decorations turned up late. Lady was rude when I complained and would not give discount. Small table center pieces. Not worth the very expensive price (had to use as organising party very late) Do not use.

Very rude people when I cam to compain about the small amount and colour was totally different to waht was agreed. Small centre pieces. Late and too expensive.
