Semi permanent makeup has increasingly become such a popular treatment that its essential for clients to select the right technician. The Beauty Artist is an expert in micro pigmentation and offers bespoke treatments only. Areas offered are to the eyebrows which will frame the eyes perfectly, lips which become fuller and more vibrant and eyes which will be ultra subtle and pretty. Currently tattooed eyebrows are the most desired due to the results looking so natural. The Beauty artist is based in Topsham and offers semi permanent makeup to all that live in Devon, Cornwall and surrounding areas. We have a relaxing treatment room and surroundings where clients immediately feel comfortable. Consultations are recommended and offered free for 20 minutes, however they are not necessary for those that have had this treatment before. Consultations can be included as part of your first treatment.
