The Main Company has been creating very specific bespoke kitchens that are full of personality and distinct design since the seventies; complemented by a vast series of standard and one-of-a-kind furniture designs and engineered and reclaimed flooring, the family run company is understood for its inspirational tasks and products. Incorporating both traditional and modern designs, each and every project is handmade by The Main Company's master craftsmen in its North Yorkshire workshops, making use of a series of authentic materials to create a truly bespoke look.

Integrating organic design and meticulous craftsmanship, The Main Company pride themselves on using the absolute best in brand-new, salvaged and reclaimed materials to create personalized products which abound with individuality.
Previously called The Main Pine Company, located in an idyllic part of rural North Yorkshire, the 20,000 square foot showroom and workshops were established in 1978 by Karan and Chris Main and have expanded from strength to strength over the past 40 years. Signed up with by sons Alex and Tom in 2004, the family business is bursting with knowledge and ideas, built up from the vast experience gained from trading within the nationwide and international markets and its justifiable reputation for excellence in genuinely bespoke designs.
As one of the largest suppliers of reclaimed timber in the UK, the majority of wood utilized by The Main Company mores than 100 years old in order to create a truly bespoke kitchen that exudes character from years of authentic wear. Offering reclaimed flooring, hand aged flooring, bespoke wooden flooring and wood cladding to the industrial and requirements markets, The Main Company has a well well-known reputation for supplying distinct materials for special, one-off projects.
From clean oak, character oak, traditional reclaimed pine, rustic pine, maple and cherry, the bespoke kitchen company provides a variety of finishes to complement different living environments and personal style.
