While the MSSU(s) are in storage, access for the customer to the unit(s) is completely free of charge during opening hours. Ideally we ask for 24-hours notice for access This way we will ensure the MSSU(s) are at ground floor level where the customer can even drive their vehicle up to the door of the unit. This, compared with access in a traditional self storage environment is far more logical.
