My Mission is to help individuals move from a place of disengagement and lack of energy, to a place of growth, abundance and vigour.
My Specialities include: weight loss, muscle gain, injury prevention, mobility and flexibility, strength and conditioning, anxiety and stress management.

- In order to maintain sustainable results, I believe both, mind and body have to work in harmony. This philosophy will be reflected in the way that I deliver my training.
If you want to lose body fat, improve your body shape, get fitter and stronger, manage your stress levels, improve mobility to prevent injury and need help in re-programming your mind to become the person you want to be - I’m your man! The Mind and Body Coach.
- I offer bespoke training plans designed for each of my clients needs and goals. The packages include once, twice and three times a week training sessions of 1 hour through a membership paying system. In addition to face to face training I also provide my clients with regular motivational contact through the social media and training plan for independent workouts for a week.
- I’m 46 years young and I’m fitter and happier than I was in my twenties. In my early forties I made a conscious decision to change my lifestyle. My dad had a fatal heart attack at 44, brought on by poor lifestyle choices and stress - this was the trigger I needed to turn my life around.
