The Sausage was established in 2015 by the happy marriage of Mila and Simon. Inspired by a visit to Greenwich Market, they were captivated by the vibrant atmosphere and decided to embark on a new adventure as food traders. Tired of working in restaurants, they yearned to become their own bosses.
