The claim that the beef is 21 days aged ,is a myth. I ate there recently Feb 2010, and if that steak is 21 days old I am baffled,no fault of the chef the steak was cooked to perfection but as tough as old boot leather. I have had good meals there in the past, and the food is very good value. The waiting staff are friendly. They are not waiters and waitresses they are simply there to give your food to you .No one leaves a tip as far as I am aware. The bar staff are friendly .What do people want I wonder.
