Having spent most of my life in the trade, I had to develop a knack for the back-end service that no one’s ever really got the time for. Customer service, book-keeping, accounts management, H&S and all the other bolt-on’s you need to run a smart set up. I always had to be able to get stuff done.
So now I’ve started TradeFit, a company that bolts onto your trade business and give you the one-to-one service you’re not going to get anywhere else. After being on the tools for 25 years and running my own company for 18 years, I know all about the overheads that can turn a good day into a bloody nightmare!
Look, I’m not here to tell you what to do — Christ knows we get enough of that already — I just want to do my bit to keep British tradesmen like you going strong. It’s as simple as that.
