Trafalgar Smokehouse was established 5 years ago and is situated four miles south of Salisbury overlooking the Avon valley, only a short distance from our trout farm, which is situated in an area of special scientific interest and outstanding natural beauty.
The Smokehouse sources only the finest and sustainable quality fish for smoking in its state of the art, purpose-built smokery. Over the years we have built up a reputation for producing high quality smoked products, rich in omega 3, delicious and healthy. Don't just take our word for it, try for yourselves!
Our facilities are BRC accredited and we have full traceability on all raw materials.
