In one word, awful. Now in a few more words... First of all it is nothing like the show flat they let you view to begin with, it's only a few years old so generally you wouldn't think it would be that bad. Your'e wrong. The carpets are stained, the walls are marked, the appliances are filthy and the toilets are hellish. But probably the worst thing about this place are the c***s running it. When it comes to checking out and gaining your deposit back... Well in my case they charged me to replace curtains that weren't there in the first place, I had to ring and chase that. They charged me for damged ceiling panels, already damaged (Also they are made out of a crappy material may as well be polystyrene, slamming a door can cause them to crumble) and they charged me £40.00 for individual cleaning, even though my flat was empty and in a better state I found it in. Do not go here, not if it's the last place on earth, not even to take a piss.
