The building looks good at first sight but while I was living there for a year, we experienced regular malfunctions of all sorts of stuff. Besides, if you like a good night rest or tranquility during the day, this is probably one of the worst places to stay in Bristol. Every night there are drunk people literally shouting up to 3am. There is also a huge population of seagulls breeding on the roofs every year and they are even more noisy, day and night. Then there is a street artist that sings always the same song for hours every warm summer day. These problems may be less severe if you are on the back of the building.
