At Urban Holistic Therapies, my aim is to stimulate the body's own healing mechanisms, ultimately bringing about a balanced body both physically and mentally. I hope to restore the body's natural healing responses through the art of Reflexology and Therapeutic Massages, including Deep Tissue/Remedial Massage and Swedish Massage.
