My hungry friends, hitch up your rickshaw and join me at my Spice Academy, which is dedicated to blowing away the myth that only those of Asian descent can create decent Indian food. My workshops are aimed at taking spice novices and connoisseurs alike through a journey which explores spice layering, original home cooking techniques purloined from 3 generations of curry masters.
