As a passionate holistic therapist I have during the last 15 years helped adults and children to feel better about themselves across Mossley & Tameside. To change the way they think, feel, and respond to difficult situations; to learn to care for themselves and so grow in self-confidence.
I have been involved in complementary therapies for over 30 years. In the last 15 years,I have supported clients to gain control in their lives by using EFT , Reiki , Crystals and my life skills.
