On the 4th of November, at Grange Tower Bridge Hotel, London, from 10am -5pm, we are hosting our VW Rising Conference, a unique platform for us to hear from pioneering women and to celebrate their journeys whilst empowering and inspiring the next generation. The conference as a whole exists to showcase pioneering women working in various sectors who share a passion for supporting women and to inspire the next generation to dream without boundaries. This edition will focus on the Financial Sector.
Visible Women is a woman-in-leadership campaign that exists to combat the distinct lack of positive female role models and mentors in positions of leadership. We have a dynamic network made up of over 5,000 women. We have worked with a wide range of inspiring women including Cherie Blair, Carlene Firmin MBE and Channel 4’s Secret Millionaire Caroline Marsh to name a few. Through our activities and campaigns, we hope to break barriers and inspire women to pursue male dominated careers regardless of their background, socio-economic status, ethnicity and gender.
The theme for the event is Performance, Progression and Promotion.
