Your brand new Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre has everything you need to get fit and feel good under one roof, including: an 8 lane 25m competition pool with diving boards, a 15m x 10m teaching pool, state of the art gym, 2 fitness class studios including Power Pump, Yoga, Group Cycle and much more, an indoor Extreme adventure area, including trampoline park, clip and climb and ninja run, 2-storey soft play area for under 5's, Spa Experience day spa and treatment rooms, athletics track and field facility with grandstand, a 4 court sports hall, and much, much more.
As part of the Waltham Forest Council funded initiative we also offer young residents (under 18) free swimming at anytime (junior membership required). This offer is also extended to 60+ members, armed forces and for people with disabilities. Swim safely rules apply to free swimming.
