My name is James, i am a fitness enthusiast with a passion for seeing people have fun all whilst improving their physical and mental state. This is where the idea of Whole Again Retreats was born. We are based in the quintessential Dorset countryside offering residential and non residential retreats.
Even though I say I am a fitness enthusiast I have found that the teachings of Yoga and breathwork have really slowed me down, this is by finding balance through movement and stillness, this is why fitness and wellbeing is being incorporated into one retreat.
